Amy Dunn is a leadership facilitator, coach, and consultant. She leverages her experience and evidence-based training, coaching, and assessments to optimize talent and performance at the individual, team, and organizational level. Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Dunn had a successful career as a Human Resources leader in companies such as United Health Group and Travelers Insurance. She is a Certified Master facilitator of The Leadership Challenge® and partners with Wiley Workplace Solutions to provide the full suite of DiSC® and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ products and services. Other workshop topics include Coaching Skills for Leaders, Giving and Receiving Feedback Effectively, Navigating Difficult Conversations, and Successful Self-Advocacy.
