The Wall of Women is a project of the Construction Institute and its members. The photos show real women at work in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

We launched the Wall of Women in 2017 and continue to build the wall each year. It is a great visual to show young women examples of women at work in the industry. We are proud of this wall full of amazing women in construction and hope it inspires the next generation of architects, engineers, design, and construction workers.

If you would like to add photos to the Wall of Women, please email the photos to admin@construction.org. By submitting a photo for the Wall of Women, participants grant the Construction Institute a perpetual non-exclusive right to use the photo on its website and in other types of media.
