So often, we enter negotiations focused on winning or avoiding conflict, but what if we approached them as opportunities for creative problem-solving and relationship-building? By shifting our mindset and learning a few essential strategies, we can turn even the toughest negotiations into productive conversations that lead to better outcomes for everyone involved.

In this breakout session, we will explore the fundamentals of negotiation — how to prepare, communicate effectively, and find solutions that align with your goals. Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, you will gain the tools to approach negotiations with confidence and clarity.
