Brigitte Perera, Exponent
From new to seasoned professionals, we can all benefit from building new connections as they can be critical for knowledge sharing, learning, continuous improvement, and allyship. For recent graduates, networking may be daunting, and we might not know where to start. For experienced employees, we are a bit more risk averse and see more routine decisions and contacts in our work and communication. This breakout session focuses on actionable networking strategies that women can implement to level up their careers. Attendees from all experience levels can then begin the Summit with specific tools to utilize through the program and beyond to feel more confident, powerful, and fearless in their construction careers.
