Questions are a valuable – and under-utilized – tool to help leaders at all levels think and communicate more clearly and effectively. Neuroscience teaches us that open-ended questions engage parts of our brain that help us think more effectively. We can coach ourselves and others with powerful questions to help us think more confidently and positively, as we clarify the kind of leader we want to be and the impression we want to leave on others. We can also use questions with a group we’re working with, to think creatively and to explore a topic in a more collaborative way.

She believes that challenges can be managed more easily and effectively with increased awareness and a robust leadership toolkit, and she helps leaders at all levels use these to quickly increase their impact and presence.
