Sabrina Smith is the Founder & CEO of PROGENY1, LLC, a Leadership Development, Training, and Coaching company. She brings over 23 years of leadership, training, and facilitation experience into learning environments. She has the real-world knowledge, skills, and aptitude to evaluate the needs of others and helps them grow through focused leadership interventions. Smith’s facilitative style is genuine, and she delivers with passion and conviction. Smith also believes in people and feels called to walk alongside others to help them achieve their goals. Her mantra is “transform minds, transform results”. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and a Master’s Coaching Certificate from Lewis University. She is also Wiley certified to facilitate D.I.S.C. and 5 Behaviors and is committed to continuous growth and development.
